ADVOCACY FOR OBJECTORS TO PLANNING APPLICATION IN CROUCH END
A group of residents occupying houses backing onto an under-used backland site in Crouch End asked us to investigate the sunlight, daylight, privacy and outlook impacts of the redevelopment scheme proposed by the the local authority who owned the site. We prepared a CAD model of the a development and tested the impacts on existing residents’ amenity at various times of the day and year.
